AuthPlat Refund Policy

1. Scope of this Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services ("Services") purchased from AuthPlat via our website (https://authplat.com) (the "Purchase"). It does not cover free trial subscriptions (if offered) unless explicitly stated in the trial terms.

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1 Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original Purchase date, provided the eligibility criteria below are met.

2.2 Eligible reasons

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The Service fails to function materially in accordance with the documentation and you have given AuthPlat a reasonable opportunity to cure the issue via support.
  • Material features promised at time of sale are not delivered.
  • Duplicate billing or clear billing error by AuthPlat.

2.3 Non-eligible reasons

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind, business model shift, or discovering you no longer need the Service.
  • Minor feature requests, cosmetic issues, or issues resulting from incompatibility you did not disclose.
  • Use of the Service after the refund window without notifying AuthPlat within that window.
  • Setup fees, custom integration fees, or third-party costs (unless otherwise stated).

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact AuthPlat at info@authplat.comor call +91-98214 40733, referencing your account or transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the request.

We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may require verification of your account, usage logs, and communications with support.

AuthPlat reserves the right to decline a refund if the eligibility criteria are not met or if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.

4. Refund Amounts & Deductions

If approved, the refund amount will normally be the subscription or purchase fee paid for the Service, excluding any third-party costs or non-refundable setup/custom fees unless otherwise stated.

AuthPlat may deduct processing fees incurred (for example, payment gateway charges) or third-party costs already incurred to provide the Service.

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan after purchase, refund calculations may be pro-rated based on the unused portion as assessed by AuthPlat.

5. Cancellation, Termination & Service Access

Upon refund approval, your access to the Service may be terminated immediately (or at AuthPlat's discretion). You must cease use of the Service. Refunds do not necessarily entitle you to reinstatement of features or data recovery beyond standard retention terms.

Cancelling outside the refund window or contrary to this policy may make you ineligible for a refund, although you may stop future billing as per your subscription terms.

6. Refund Disbursement & Timeline

Once a refund is approved, AuthPlat will process the refund to the original payment method (or an alternative where agreed) within 7-10 business days. The actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or payment provider and could take additional time.

AuthPlat is not responsible for delays or fees levied by your payment provider.

7. Free Trials & Promotional Subscriptions

If AuthPlat offers a free trial period, you must cancel prior to conversion to a paid subscription to avoid charges. No refunds will be given for paid subscriptions that began after the trial expired unless eligibility under Section 2 applies.

8. Changes to the Policy

AuthPlat may revise this Refund Policy at any time by posting a new version on the website. The version in force at the time of your Purchase governs your rights. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Legal Rights & Consumer Protection

This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
